Glenn Barinowski joined Cogent in April 2024 as a program manager supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Material Management and Minimization. He currently serves as the Director of the National Security bringing over 35 years of experience managing financial, program, and business operations for critical national security missions.
 

Prior to Cogent, Glenn held multiple leadership roles with Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) and Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC). Key positions included Manager and CFO of SRTE Business Management; Program, NNSA CFO & Manager of Integrated Business Services, NNSA CFO, and Business Manager for the Plutonium Disposition and Conversion Project.
 
Glenn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Clemson University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
