Special Agent for the US Army. During this time, Scott operated at the highest levels of global security, managing critical technical counterintelligence support for senior government officials. His leadership extends to the international stage, having formally served as the Director of Technical Counterintelligence for Allied Command Operations, NATO. Today, Scott leverages this unparalleled background to drive Cogent's technical security strategies and safeguard critical national assets.

Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies and is a nationally certified TSCM practitioner.
