Cogent possesses staff with the expertise and experience to carry out primary program mission support functions essential to the continuous improvement of the quality of products and services provided by our customers. We periodically conduct independent assessments to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of our customer’s processes and systems. From these evaluations, we develop recommendations to improve the structure, management, and operations of our customer’s offices and programs. Examples of our work include:
